Leadership, grace, and doing the work anyways
This Leadership Lab explores what it means to keep showing up when energy is low, conditions are imperfect, and the work still matters. We invite you to embrace grace, presence, and authenticity as legitimate leadership strategies.
Nonprofit leadership is often carried out under conditions that are anything but ideal: limited resources, shifting funding landscapes, heavy community needs, and constant uncertainty. In these moments, leaders are expected to be clear, confident, and decisive — even when they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure they have their “best” to give.
